1.- Delivery protocol

For liability and prevention, after receiving your order, your driver will follow the protocol below

  • The driver will leave your package at the door and call you All our delivery drivers have been provided with disposable gloves to ensure minimum contact.
  • We will keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from you and wait for your identification. You will not have to sign on the device, just show your ID to guarantee delivery during this emergency period.
  • Once identified, you will pick up your package securely, without contact.

2.- Shipments and deliveries

Please note that in some areas, shipments may be delayed due to health restrictions. If you are affected by this situation, please do not hesitate to contact us through the form at CONTACT.

  • Where are our clothes made?
  • All our garments are made in Italy.

  • How do we size our clothes?
    • Size S/M/L for trousers. We recommend that you order your usual size.
    • One size fits all for tops and jackets.
    • Size S/M and M/L for shorts, skirts and skorts. We recommend that you order your usual size.

    Remember that we do not do size exchanges.

  • What is the composition of each garment?
  • You can find the composition of the garments in the product sheet on the website or on the inside label of each one. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact our customer service team who will be happy to answer all your questions via the CONTACT form.

  • How can I pay for my purchases?
  • The following payment methods are available:

  • What taxes apply to the purchase of the products?
  • The price of the products sold is indicated next to the descriptive card for each one and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). Any other tax applicable would be indicated. If your order is held at customs we do not accept liability for any additional charges.

  • What are the shipping time and costs?

    Delivery dates are subject to the correct and normal operation and logistical processing of the preparation and shipping process as well as the volume of orders at any given time.

  • How can I track my order?
  • When your order has been prepared and leaves the warehouse according to the preparation and shipping deadlines, our courier company will send you an e-mail with the tracking information so that you can track your order. When you receive it, you can enter this number on the tracking page.

    If your order is being shipped outside of Spain, you will receive a tracking number that you must enter on the website of the company responsible for delivering it to your country of destination. The type of shipping chosen will determine that the real-time tracking of your order is available.

    Deliveries are not made on non-working days and holidays.

  • What to do if there is an incident with my order?
  • Our Customer Service team is available to resolve any incident relating to your order. To get in touch with us, please use our contact form at CONTACT.

    Select the category that best suits your issue and send us your request. We will get in touch with you by email as soon as possible.

  • Can I return an item?
  • You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which is to carry out the cancellation of the contract. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure set out in clause "Right of withdrawal" clause detailed in the Terms and Conditions and in the section Returns section of our website.

  • What guarantee do I have regarding the products?
  • Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase. If any of your orders has a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us through the CONTACT US form, select the "warranty" option and follow the instructions.

  • Tips for caring for your garments
    • Wash white and light-coloured garments separately from coloured or dark-coloured garments.
    • Natural fabrics such as wool, linen or silk shrink when washed at too high a temperature and lose their shape when spin-washed or laid vertically, which is why it is advisable to wash delicate garments by hand. On the other hand, it is recommended to wash Artificial and synthetic fabrics should be washed in lukewarm water and then ironed at a low temperature and inside out. Jeans should always be washed inside out and should not be washed at temperatures above 40ºC.
    • Don't overfill the washing machine. With an excess load, the laundry may not be sufficiently clean.
    • We recommend that you wash with neutral detergents because they contain less bleaching agents.
    • Wash your clothes inside out and better still, with liquid detergent rather than powder or solid detergent.
    • Use detergent and fabric conditioner sparingly. If used to excess, stains may appear on the garments.
    • Avoid using dryers. Fabrics become dull and garments wear out.
    • High temperatures are harmful to the fabric.
    • When drying your clothes outdoors, avoid direct sunlight.
    • As for ironing, start with a lower temperature. In the case of dark colours and/or appliqués, such as studs, iron inside out at a low temperature or when still slightly damp.
  • What do the symbols on our labels mean?
  • Washing

  • Machine wash. The number (30°C, 40°C, 60°C, 95°C) indicates the maximum wash temperature.
  • Machine wash with normal program and short spin. The number (30°C, 40°C, 60°C, 95°C) indicates the maximum wash temperature.
  • Hand wash at 30ºC maximum. Do not scrub or wring out.
  • Do not wash.
  • Use of bleach

  • Bleach can be used.
  • Bleach should not be used.
  • Ironing

  • High temperature ironing: maximum 200ºC. Cotton, linen or viscose fabrics.
  • High temperature ironing: maximum 150ºC. Wool and polyester blends.
  • High temperature ironing: maximum 110ºC. Natural silk, rayon, acetate or acrylic.
  • Do not iron.
  • Dry cleaning

  • The letters (A, F, P) contained in the circles indicate the type of product suitable for each garment (useful information for dyeing specialists).
  • Not for dry cleaning.
  • Drying

  • Dryer may be used.
  • Dryer should not be used.
  • Tumble dry at low temperature.
  • Tumble dry at normal temperature.
  • Spread out to dry.
  • Spread out without wringing out.
  • Hang to dry on a hanger.
